Founded in 2019, Shiromani Welfare Foundation bridges grassroots insight with professional program design. We co-create solutions with communities, governments, and CSR partners to deliver measurable outcomes in learning, health, and livelihoods.

SWF Learning Labs – Foundational Literacy & Numeracy

Community-based centres that support children in grades 1–8 with FLN-focused modules, teacher training, and parental engagement. Monthly assessments ensure learning gains.

Health on Wheels – Primary Screenings & Awareness

Periodic camps offering BMI, BP, sugar checks, vision & dental screening, menstrual health education, and specialist referrals in partnership with local PHCs.

Udyamita – Skills & Micro-Enterprise for Women

Short-term skilling (stitching, beauty & wellness, digital services) plus business mentorship, SHG credit linkages, and basic bookkeeping.

Yuva Path – Career Guidance & Employability

Career counselling, resume & interview labs, basic computer literacy, and placement assistance for older adolescents and youth.
